What can be done if a Pocket Colorimeter reads off on Chlorine SpecCheck secondary standards?
Zusammenfassung
Common causes of Chlorine SpecChecks reading off for Pocket Colorimeter II and DR300.
Antwort
Be sure that the correct range SpecCheck set is used to match the colorimeter range being checked.  The different ranges for the Chlorine SpecChecks are:

-Low Range (LR) - Product # 2635300
-Mid Range (MR) - Product # 2980500
-High Range (HR) - Product #  2893300

SpecChecks are range specific and the certificate values are only true for the correct range on the instrument.

If the instrument is not reading correctly with the right SpecChecks for the range, first set the instrument back to the factory default calibration and ensure the standard adjust feature is set to "OFF". (Instructions are provided in the user manual.) If thad doesn't resolve the issue, please contact technical support by completing the Ask a Question form.
