If the standard digital sensor extension cables. available in 25' (Product # 5796000), 50' (Product # 5796100), and 100' (Product # 5796200) lengths are not sufficient, the following is an option that may help satisfy the installation needs:

A digital termination box (Product # 5867000) as shown below can be placed at the end of the integral sensor cable and used to connect a bulk 4-wire shielded cable sufficient to reach the SC200 controller (please refer to the specifications in the sensor user manual for specific distance limitations).



When an SC200 controller is ordered with either one or two digital sensor connections, the original shipping carton will include an equal number of packages of "KIT, CONDUIT WIRING, SC200" (Product # 9222400).  This kit  contains four small splice connectors similar to the diagram below:



Please refer to the attached instruction sheets "Sensor Connections using Conduit to SC200.pdf", and "Sensor connections using Digital Termination Box Instructions_2ed.pdf" for specific instructions related to the recommended use of the connectors and digital termination box.

It is important to note, that the digital termination box should not be used with the SC1000 controller as communication errors will result.  On an SC1000 network, cable extensions should be avoided/eliminated by "nesting" probe modules near sensor installation locations and networking multiple probe modules to accommodate longer distances between tanks.  Refer to the sc1000 Universal Controller User Manual  (section 3.7 on page 38 - 43) and the diagram below:
