Zusammenfassung
Configuring the SC200 Analog Output Module
Antwort
The following are the basic steps for configuring one of the (3) optional 4-20 mA outputs in an SC200 controller when the Analog Output Module is installed for a linear response to the measurement from the connected sensor:

1.From the HOME screen, press MENU
2.Scroll to NETWORK SETUP menu, and press ENTER
3.Select OUTPUT A, OUTPUT B or OUTPUT C (whichever output is being wired), and press ENTER
4.Scroll to “SELECT SOURCE”, and press ENTER
5.Select the sensor (by name or serial number) that this analog output should represent, and press ENTER
6.The screen will automatically take you to “SET PARAMETER” screen, select the measured value (example: pH or Temp) from the sensor that this analog output should represent, and press ENTER
7.Select SET LOW VALUE and press ENTER
8.Using the arrow keys, enter the measured value (example: 0 pH) that will be represented by a 4 mA signal, then press ENTER
9.Scroll down to select SET HIGH VALUE, and press ENTER
10.Using the arrow keys, enter the measured value (example: 14 pH) that will be represented by a 20 mA signal, then press ENTER
11.The output is now configured, return to the main measurement screen and verify that the output has been wired correctly (refer to the SC200 Active 4-20 mA Output Module manual section “Installation” for wiring instructions).

The information above is specific to the optional Analog Output Module that can be installed in the SC200 that provides (3) additional analog outputs. If you are wiring to the (2) connections on the back of the door assembly please refer to the article for “Configuring an analog output on an SC200” for specific information about configuring these outputs.
