If CL17 reads over-range (over 5.00 ppm), how does analog output behave?
Zusammenfassung

The CL17 will not read +++, but will display readings slightly above 5.00 ppm. The analog output will behave according to the configured settings in the RECRDR menu where RECMIN and RECMAX are configured to represent specific measured values, but would be limited to 20mA if the RECMAX setting was exceeded.

The default settings are RECMIN = 0.00 and RECMAX = 5.00. These settings can be changed (maximum entry is 5.00 for either setting, and it is possible to have RECMIN represent 5.00 and RECMAX represent 0.00 or anything in between).

It is also important to note that chlorine concentrations above 5.00 ppm can bleach out the color development in the sample cell which will result in low (if not zero) readings so using the CL17 to monitor samples at or above 5 ppm is not recommended.
