The Calibration Results can be viewed by selecting the
Calibration Results button from the left-hand side of the channel data display.
Within the Calibration Results window, choosing the
Settings button will give access to the calibration settings.
From the Settings window the polynomial (First Order, Second Order etc.), the quantification type (Area or Height) and the Weighting (No weighting, 1/x, or 1/x2 weighting) can be selected. Changing any of these will also change the values within the Run Properties portion of the run file.
As changes are made the calibration statistics will change. The Results button can be selected to view the modified calibration equations.
Depending on the changes made the Area=, Conc = and the Correlation Coefficient changes will be visible in the statistics displayed in the lower right hand quadrant.
After closing the Calibration Results window the modified calibration can be applied to the run. Right-clicking within the channel data display (the window peaks are visible in) will reveal a drop-down menu. Choosing
Rerun Peak Detection will reprocess the samples and standards with the modified calibration.
