WDMP sc WarrantyPlus™ Service Plan

 

Your Hach Water Distribution Monitoring Panel (WDMPsc) WarrantyPlus Service Plan provides all-inclusive parts, a startup visit, and three scheduled preventative maintenance visits performed by a Hach Field Service Technician. The WarrantyPlus Service Plan also includes any additional visits authorized by the Hach Technical Support Team and a special priority toll-free number that will be included with your Partnership documentation. The WDMPsc WarrantyPlus Service Plan offers full coverage on the instrumentation that is specific to your panel. Instrumentation can vary, thus Hach will attach a Scope of Work (SOW) for each specific instrument per the configuration.

During the pre-scheduled site visits, your Hach Field Service Technician will complete:


Verification of Instrument performance/Maintenance (see specific instrument SOW for complete list)
 

  • Perform limited instrument cleaning.
  • Review and evaluate user-programmed parameters.
  • Evaluate all instrument alarm and warning conditions (internal to your Hach instrument).
  • Verify instrument operating voltages.
  • Assure proper operation of panel components: valves, pressure sensors, fittings, tubing, flow thru assembly and miscellaneous panel components (does not cover supply lines for plumbing/electrical)
  • pH probe – clean and calibrate pH probe and change out salt bridge annually.
  • Calibrate all sensors annually.
  • Conductivity probe – clean and calibrate conductivity probe, verify temperature and pressure sensors.
  • Verify software version and update as necessary.

Repairs

  • Perform any necessary repairs, with parts and labor included.
  • Includes sending unit to the factory at no additional charge if unable to repair in the field. This instrument will go to the head of the bench repair queue.
  • Abuse, neglect, and acts of God not covered.


Reporting/Certificate of Performance

  • Provide Hach Field Service Report with complete documentation of service performed and measurements/readings.
  • Issue Certificate of Instrument Performance for each instrument that successfully passes final testing.

 

Training

  • Provide basic end-user training on general instrument operation and maintenance
  • Advance notice required.
